Running Time: 25:21 + 25:46 + 24:56 + 24:52 + 25:26 = 126:21

Case Type: Added Slip Cover.

Studios: Changed to match the cover and the film credits.

Overview: Changed to match the cover. Because all the episode information was in all caps, I used standard capitalization.

Disc Info: Per inserted disc.

Crew: Changed to match the film credits including dividers.
