Corrected the Media Types to "Blu-ray" only. I can't locate anywhere that's listing this as a Combo release, and it's not shown on the coverart like Shout's other Combo releases do. Cast: Kept in common name change for Nancy Kyes as to not overwrite Scooter1836's contribution (and which is correct according to the CLT results). Addition of John Carpenter as uncredited to cast. Appears at the beginning of the film in a scene with Hal Holbrook (about the 4:20 mark). Character name taken from film's dialogue. Scanned and uploaded slip cover scans to replace pre-release artwork (colors on the front were a little tricky... they're not a skintone as the pre-release, but my scanner turns them out a little more saturated than they are, they're actually somewhere in between, back cover colors are fine, but these should do unless/until someone else wants to attempt the front cover).
