Added full cast and crew, exactly as credited, all painstakingly taken from the actual credits, using the new "credited as" feature where necessary. All "common names" have been carefully researched: first and foremost by checking against other credits using the NameVariants plugin, followed by a check of the new "credited as" database, a Google search, and finally by checking at various on-line resources like allmovie.com, bfi.org.uk, imdb.com, nndb.com, tcmdb.com and wikipedia.org.
