| Posted: | | | | I'm getting this error when I'm trying to refresh:
"This file format is a later version than this program's version.
The new format is incompatible with this version.
To process this file, obtain a newer copy of DVD Profiler."
But I have the most current version. Anyone else seeing this and/or have any ideas? |

| Posted: | | | | In that case you may have to delete those files manually. They are: OnlineList.dod OnlineListSel.dod
You find them in %localappdata%\DVD Profiler They will be automatically recreated. | | | My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users. Gunnar |

| Posted: | | | | I have an error message when I start to refresh the online profile list:
Start-tag name „link“ does not match end-tag name „head“
After I click OK I‘m getting the same error the User primetime21 has discribed.
So I tried your directions but they don‘t work. I erased the files but they don‘t automatically recreated and the error still exists.
Another idea? |

But I have no idea why a refresh would load an xml file. If you are using any plugins, disable them and try again. If you still get the error, the best suggestion that I can offer is to take a backup of your collection, uninstall DVD Profiler, re-install and restore the backup, then try again. | | | My freeware tools for DVD Profiler users. | Posted: | | | | Thank you. I found the reason for the error. When I tried to visit the Invelos-Website to download the program again on my Windows computer, I was told that I needed to refresh the DNS cache because of the server change. I did that and now everything is back to normal. Have a nice weekend. |
