| | Posted: | | | | I have a contribution pending where I am removing end credits at the end of the cast and crew (The Mandalorian and Grogu Steelbook). I have a no vote with the person saying they are required.
This is literally what the rule says, am I missing something here? "Do not add a group end divider at the end of the cast, or at the end of a crew section." |

CREW: removed end divider for last group "Visual Effects by Lola VFX" in ART section (no further crew credited afterwards).
CAST: removed end divider for last group "Additional Voices" in CAST section (no further actors credited afterwards).
and the NO voter response was "Even if a group is the last thing in the credits, it still requires an end divider."
You are absolutely correct in your understanding of the rule, you are not missing anything, the NO voter's reasoning had no merit, its something only a rule quack would use. | | | | Last edited: by ObiKen |

Groups should be ended with a "Group End" type divider, unless the next entry begins a new group. ... and it looks to me like you've added two group end dividers that immediately precede another group. (e.g. after Grogu Puppeteers and after Puppeteers). Am I imagining things? And you definitely do not need a group end divider at the end of the credits. --------------- |

| | Posted: | | | | The rules were never updated to reflect nested groups in the credits (before Ken "vanished" from the site). Without the additional end group dividers subsequent groups are nested under the preceding group(s) - not accurately reflecting the credits.
