| | Posted: | | | | Added country of origin. Expanded studios. Added full crew, exactly as credited, all taken from film credits, using the new "credited as" feature where necessary. All "common names" have been carefully researched: first and foremost by checking against other credits using the NameVariants plugin, followed by a Google search, and finally by checking at various on-line resources like allmovie.com, bfi.org.uk, imdb.com, nndb.com, tcmdb.com and wikipedia.org.
