studio MGM changed by Invelos filter

cast group dividers as credited

removed undocumented uncredited cast. Most do not even have the uncredited flag, so they are obviously from a third-party database

Some more corrections to the pending contribution from Seghal:
Added Edition from Frontcover.
Corrected Features as in filmmenu Specials and on Backcover. Only Scene Access and Audio Commentary.
Under Specials Audio is the "Original Monospur Englisch". I added it to Other Features.

1. corrected Original Title as per rules and as credited on back Cover (Gone with the Wind © 1939),
2. corrected Other Feature matching Menu on Disc,
3. edited Video Format, otherwise the DVD Profiler will show 1:33:1
4. corrected Overview matching Cover:
- Kostümfilm, Kriegsepos, Familiensaga -> Kostümfilm. Kriegsepos. Familiensaga
- dank digitaler -> dank einer digitalen
5. in Crew:
- added "Jack Cosgrove: Visual Effects" credited as 'Special Photographic Effects'
- added "Walter Plunkett: Costume Designer" credited as 'Costumes designed by'
6. in Cast: edited some divider matching credits exactly,
7. scanned cover with better match in Color, Brightness and Contrast.
