Updated crew and cast, from the end credits. All common names were found with the name variants plugin and the Credit Lookup Tool.

2nd contribution. I found two errors in my initial contribution.

Updated crew and cast, from the end credits. All common names were found with the name variants plugin and the Credit Lookup Tool.

Studio from film credits.
Moved First Look to MC from back cover.
No feature trailers, but there are trailers for other movies.
Added additional audio track from disc.
Added my scans.
