Crew and cast copied from US Criterion DVD profile 715515229814. Checked crew and cast from the opening and end credits. I found out there are (at least) 2 different versions of the end credits. Profile F077-AAEF-164B-082A has Stefan Clapczynski in the end credits, and 715515229814 has Stefan Clapcynski (without the 'z'). Hence the 'credited as'. The other difference is that the last part of the credits of F077-AAEF-164B-082A are in red, and on 715515229814 they are in black.
