This is a pre-release contribution. The release date came from the Sony press release at DigitalBits. The shorts lists by year came from ThreeStooges.com (official site). Curly was replaced due to stroke by Shemp in this volume hence his credit last. For the case type I chose slip case, since volumes one-four are all slip cases.

New hi-res cover scans.  I chose to do these for my local copy to address the obvious red push in the existing scans.  Take them or leave them as you see fit.

Also correcting total running time, taken from back cover.  Haven't done precise time measurements yet, but the existing time is off by at least 200 minutes.
