I was hoping somebody else would submit scans of the Slip Cover, but I'll go ahead and submit these: The front of my Slip Cover was crushed/crimped, so I didn't attempt to scan it. So, I've copied the "Slip" coverart that's on Blu-ray.com, which looks much like the actual front Slip Cover except for some minor gutter shadow on the left-side. I tried to correct some minor damage on the Back of my Slip Cover scan, but it's still somewhat visible near the top and middle of the left-side. If anybody else can get some better scans of the original Slip Cover, please do and I will gladly withdraw these.
