Correct title; season is part of main title for TV series, Limited Edition (from cover) is the Edition/Triat
There are commentaries on 5 episodes in this set so add Commentary to features and audio tracks
Add simple episode list to overview as per Rules

cast and crew list with episode dividers, taken from opening and endcredits

since there are almost no rolenames present, the rolenames are taken from the official SciFi Channel website and crosschecked with other sources

Source for the uncredited entries also is the official SciFi Channel website:
Episode 4
Episode 13
Episode 20
Episode 21

Source for the last uncredited entry (Kent McCord as Jack Crichton in Episode 22):
a) visually confirmed that he is present in the episode (you can't really miss him, since Kent McCord played the part several times in previous episodes and it's not just a cameo but a dialog that is several minutes long (IIRC the scene is somewhere around the 30th minute of the episode..maybe a bit earlier, but it's in this general vicinity)
b) while he is not mentioned in the episodes cast list on the official homepage he is visible in one of the screenshots (top right of the screenshots)
