I don't think this is correct. IMDb lists '(500) Days of Summer' as the sole credit for this alledged second "Charles Walker", but I think they're both one and the same person. Have a look:- Here's a picture of the 1945 Charles Walker in 1997, in 'Babylon 5'.- Here's a picture of the alledged second Charles Walker in '(500) Days of Summer' in 2009, twelve years later.If you ask me, they're the same person. That would mean the birth year is not needed and therefore not allowed.
