Crew updated, as verified from the actual film credits:

Jack Lynch = Special Effects Coordinator (No Special Effects Supervisor appears anywhere)

Company Divider corrected.

Exact Running Time is 1:30:42 = 91 Minutes.

2nd Audio Track added, as verified with PowerDVD. This is a set-up option on the disc.
