| | Posted: | | | | Hi. I've recently been doing some research into the common name of Brandy/Brandy Norwood. I have a thread in the forums about it here: http://www.invelos.com/Forums.aspx?task=viewtopic&topicID=336457 Basically, her common name should be Brandy, and there's some incorrect profiles out there. In my research, I came across a bunch of listings for Brandy Norwood as a song writer for Batman Forever for which she's incorrectly listed. The song in question "Where Are You Now?" was actually written by Lenny Kravitz, so I'm submitting just small changes to remove the credit for Brandy Norwood and replace it with Lenny Kravitz. Sources for writing credit: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Where_Are_You_Now%3F and http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0005107/ as well as the film's end credits and the soundtrack booklet. The other changes are the new system filter which is set to standardize all Jr. names (it's automatic and adds the credited as name as well). Evaluate this contribution | | | | The night is calling. It's been called into question whether or not the song was originally written for the film, I was under the impression it was, but found conflicting evidence which makes me not entirely sure. So I'm resubmitting to simply remove Brandy Norwood from the crew credits, as either way, she is not a writer for the song in question (source for writing credit: film's end credits, soundtrack booklet & http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Where_Are_You_Now%3F). Also submitting in part to help correct incorrect entries and common name for Brandy/Brandy Norwood (should be Brandy). FACT: Imdb is WRONG 70% of the time! Misspelled cast, incomplete cast, wrong cast/crew roles. So for those who want DVD Profiler to be "as perfect as Imdb", good luck with that.
Stop adding UNIT crew! They're invalid credits. Stop it! |
