Crew Correction from the actual end credits of the film:

Lloyd Carrick ------------> Sound (Sound Recordist)

Original Title added, as appears in the actual film.

2nd Studio corrected, as appears in the actual film.

Subtitles & Audio Tracks corrected, as verified with BDInfo & PowerDVD. These are all menu set-up options on the disc, they are just all not listed on the back cover.

Disc ID added, single-layer at 23.8gb in size.
