CORRECTED:
SRP to GBP for this UK release.
Disc ID description to standard for TV shows.

Information taken from box/disc/credits in accordance with contribution rules. Verified using Power DVD and DVD Decrypter.
Any use of Credited As has been researched on the internet and then supported by the Credit Lookup Tool.
NOTE: I do not add Costume Supervisors etc. if there is a Costume Designer present; so if you're interested in these credits you will need to add them yourselves.
