Added Rating of disc.
Added Parent release date.
SRP to GBP.
Added parent Case Type.
Studios from closing credits and Media Companies from box.
Added Audio Tracks and Subtitles as found on this DVD.
Re-Scanned Disc ID for missing information (Dual Layer).

Cast and Crew as taken from opening and closing credits of each episode.
