Episode information, cast & crew, extracted from existing parent entry (upc 5014503260927) which is a pre-existing approved entry. As no specific disc covers are available, due to the type of packaging used, box set cover scans have been used (note the parent entry uses the slip case cover scans).

CORRECTED:
Disc ID to Dual Layer.
Cast and Crew divider numbering to standard for TV shows (also in keeping with previous seasons).
DoP: Ernie Vincze BSC to Ernie Vincze (the BSC should not be included according to rules as it is NOT part of name but a affiliation).
Removed Credited As for Dalek Operators - the credits are the same as the Credited As; therefore not required.

Information taken from box/disc/credits in accordance with contribution rules. Verified using Power DVD and DVD Decrypter.

Edited genres for consistency with other seasons.
Added BBC worldwide to media companies (distributor) as per legal text.

CREW:
Added additional crewmembers as per episode end credits.
Moved Terry Nation, Bob Baker, and Dave Martin from "creature design" to "original characters by". The credits read "Daleks created by Terry Nation" and "K-9 created by Bob Baker & Dave Martin". These gentlemen were writers on the original Doctor Who series who wrote the first appearances of these creatures/characters. They had nothing to do with the creature design.
