Contribution of Disc Level profile for TV series collection, parent profile (5-039036-044646) with additional information from season profile (5-039036-044639). Plus disc set-up screen and title sequences.
Ignore episode listing on rear of cover, actual listing from episode menu.
Cover images and disc data from scans.
Cast and crew to follow when I find an accurate analysis (insufficient information on cast in title sequences).

NOTE: I bought my copy of Season 5 of Bones on the day of release and it came in a Keepcase with a slipcover. This is the original release.

Therefore I am submitting the correct covers, overview and case type as per the original release (as per rules).

Also added rating as per disc.
Corrected Prod Year to 2010 as the first episode on this disc aired on 28 January 2010.
Corrected Disc ID description for correct episodes.
