All "common names" have been carefully researched: first and foremost by checking against other credits using the NameVariants plugin and the Invelos database credit lookup tool, followed by a check of the "credited as" database, a Google search, and finally by checking at various on-line resources like allmovie.com, bfi.org.uk, imdb.com, nndb.com, tcmdb.com and wikipedia.org. | | Posted: | | | | Corrected parsing of a few of the Asian names: for each of these, this entry in 'Shanghai Noon' is their only acting credit, meaning that there is no need to use "credited as" - how they're credited this one time, is by definition their "common name". This applies to: - Cui Ya Hi - Yeung Kar Kut - Tik Lun Wong - Kwai Chun Leung The CLT balance for James (now only 9 entries, including 7 more incorrect 'Shanghai Noon' ones) vs. Jimmy Carter (now 25 entries) has changed as well, so he too can now simply be entered "as credited".
