I know I only created 1 new account under "Michael A" but when I try to log out and back in again using my full name and the old reg key I just keep getting the same error message.
Any help would be appreciated

| | Posted: | | | | I was unable to sign up here using my hotmail address which worked fine over at IVS, I posted my problem over there and was told to try signing up with a non hotmail address, I did that and here I am. Unfortunately, that wasn't my only problem, upon entering my reg key to upgrade it (as well as trying to use it to register here) I kept getting the following error: "Registration Key is not valid. Please verify the key and both first and last names." My key is legit and the first and last names are exactly as they are in the original email I was sent. I have no accented characters in my name at all, so I don't understand what the problem is. |
