| | Posted: | | | | Ok, this is posted as a "warning to the Darwin Award" type of person - I am not suggesting that anyone here is worthy.... welll.....  Do not park your car on a train track level crossing, whilst you try to "open the gate" Please see here for details. Seriously, I have "nearly killed" several drivers of cars, whilst driving a train towards them at 100 mph.... Lesson 1 - 200 tons of train.... do not stop on a "dime/sixpence/insert coin of choice" Lesson 2 - in a contest between car and train, car WILL LOSE Lesson 3 - if you need a sat nav kit to tell you "This is a train track" that you are parked on, then for goodness sake, get out of the car, hand the keys to someone who has more than 1 brain cell, and walk away Lesson 4 - there is no lesson four, if you do not learn from above, you may not live long enough for any more lessons. So follks, forgive me for bringing my real life on to the forum, but... these things make me mad I shall now go and watch some shinky disc thingy... [Edit I mean shiny - shinky is the Scooby Doo Velma version] | | | Signature? We don't need no stinking... hang on, this has been done... blast [oooh now in Widescreen]

The driver got fed up of being in the queue so turned onto the tram tracks and drove down them for a couple hundred metres.......I'm sure he knew what he was doing, but it gave me the willies! | | | | Chris |
