Crew - corrected writing credits to match film - Bob Kane is listed in the credits as "Based on the Batman characters created by...", Akiva Goldsman is created as "Written by", re-ordered producers to match credit order, Peter Hliddal is credited as sound mixer outside of the other sound crew credits therefore credit should be Production Sound Mixer (a crew role he performed on the previous two Batman films also)

Cast - in the end credit scroll John Glover is credited as "Doctor Jason Woodrue" not "Dr. Jason Woodrue"

Using "credited as" field to link Jean-Luc Martin by common name.  Comman name determined by lookup tool.  Evidence that this is the same Jean-Luc Martin:

Resubmitted my 200 DPI cover scans, this time without the notches.
I miss them. Boohoo. But is it cool enough for you, or do I have to bring Mr. Freeze to you personally?

I'm glad you like the scans and the colors. Thanks for all the comments.
I'm actually surprised that my scanner accomplished this. I will further on start using the scanner's own drivers - because it produces more correct colors, but also a little dimmed image quality. It'd be interesting if you would have liked those scans of these covers, as well. I.e. even more correct colors but maybe a little less detail, or something.

Sorry for ranting.
