E.g. I think it would be useful that votes that come from people who have done many accepted contributions themselves would be worth more than a vote from someone with no history at all. Are such things taken into account ?
Also, what with DVDs that are not wide-spread ? If I submit a contribution and no one votes because no one has it.. would that contribution be accepted ? |
