| | Posted: | | | | I just got The Butterfly Effect and plan on watching it tonight. I've never seen it and don't plan to watch it a second time any time soon. So... with it being a flipper - each side containing a different version of the film - which version do I watch (which is better?) The Director's Cut or the Theatrical Version ? |

| | Posted: | | | | I intended to watch it last night... but I didn't. My wife insisted on watching Pan's Labrynth instead. She said she's waited long enough. I didn't really want to, but I enjoyed in anyway. So, I'll probably try and watch The Butterfly Effect tonight. So far it looks like I'll be watching the director's cut. I'll let you know.

| | Posted: | | | | Hhhmmm, I posted on this thread before the site was closed for maintenance and now my post seems to have disappeared  Definitely watch the Director's Cut. The Theatrical Cut is the dumbed-down, straightforward version of the movie which had a few scenes removed to simplify the plot for the average audience and has a trash ending.
