It certainly sounds like it - the complete set had a 4th disc that was special features only, so this could be the 3 episode discs.
Good find - I may fork out for this myself!

Update - I noticed that the shipping was quite high (7.5€) so I've actually gone and bought it from DVD Pacific - it seemed to work out cheaper!
