Re-audited cast and crew, including new created by, costume and make-up credits, taken exactly as credited the credits of the corresponding DVD-set under EAN 8-712626-040798. Any common names as per the CLT (although I've mostly removed a few here, ones that aren't necessary anymore since the "credited as" value has become the common name).
