I tried searching but didn't find anything... simple question:

How long after a contributed profile is approved until it will be downloaded in the Refresh Online Profiles List? Few days? Week? Just curious. I have one approved and I keep looking for it and don't see it in the list yet.

Approved profiles are released daily.

You can check if it's been released by going to the Contributions part of My Profiler (link at the top of this page) and seeing if the status has been updated from Approved to Released.
