Updated crew and cast, all taken from the end credits. Removed some 'credited as', because at this moment I have no documentation about their common names. Exception is James D. Bissell (James Bissell) who also was the production designer on 'Confessions of a Dangerous Mind'.

I also tried to make decent scans of this steelbook. Unfortunately my copy has a scratch on the front cover.
