how can I retrieve my only information. I did have problems connecting for the last few months.
yesterday I reformated my harddrive Re-install just about every thing. now I can't access my information.
I had like over 800 titles and it would be very difficult to re-enter every thing.
usually I install dvd profiler and download my list from internet to bring it back.
Please Help!!! |

there it is!!!!
the wish list are dvds I have but are burned not retail.
so when it shows all that looks to be it. now how to update my current profiler with this information and upload to Invelos site? |

open it.
Go to the online section and download your collection
Go to File the do a complete Backup
Open the new version (3.0)
Restore the backup you just made.
FYI - you will not be able to upload more that 50 DVD with thenew program unless you pay for it. There is also some features you loose by only having the free version. |
