i have a very special problem. My Adultsettings are ok, i can see everything in my profiler and in the online database. movies like "boondock saints" or "scarface" are also visible in both and the profiler mobile. the only movies i can't get in my mobile are from the "kino kontrovers" collection.
has anybody any idea? that would be great.

in dvd profiler i've removed it completely. and i have no idea, what it could be.
the "bad" films are "irreversible" "a whole in my heart" and "ken park"
is there something special with these profiles? |

is there something special with these profiles? Parental Control disabled? You need to tick the checkbox Allow Adult Titles both in the desktop version of DVD Profiler as well as the Mobile version. I'd bet bottom dollar that your problem with these titles is that they are rated either NR or 18. yes... i have tried another thing. i edited "irreversibel" as FSK12 and synchronized again, the same with "a hole in my heart". but no effect in the list. it is not visible... during the synchronizing process i can see that the profiles are sent to the device, but they do not appear in the list. the upc's are: Irreversibel 828765-913690 A hole in my heart 828767-367392 Ken Park 828766-387094 thx |

Hast du im Syncronisierungsfenster das Feld Erwachsanentitel angehakt? Siehe Screenshot

Ist das einzige was mir noch einfällt, wenn du ja den Jugendschutz schon deaktiviert hast...wenns dann noch immer nicht funktioniert, muss es sich wohl um nen Fehler handeln...dann würd ich höchstens noch versuchen, die Filme mal komplett aus der Sammlung zu löschen und noch mal neu hinzuzufügen...

Ich kann ja sehen das "profil irreversibel" gesendet wird. nur in der liste erscheints nicht. habe die mobile wie auch die desktop version bereits neuinstalliert... looks like a huge miracle..... or a small bug.... ken? aber ich werde das profil heut abend wirklich mal komplett aus der liste löschen und neu laden lassen. wirklich keine schlechte idee merci |

| | Posted: | | | | hey tomsta, dein vorschlag hat funktioniert. frage mich mittlerweile warum ich nicht selbst drauf gekommen bin? naja, egal. habe aber auch glaube ich den Fehler gefunden: ich hatte vor einiger zeit mal die KK Filme in ein Boxset gepackt, damit ich die nicht immer solange suchen muss... und jetz habe ich nur ein paar einzelne gekauft. vielleicht lags daran. @all: the solution for my problem was removing the profiles from my database and loading them again. i think the failure was that i created a boxset with KinoKontrovers movies for a better overview on my wishlist and bought just a few for my owned list... maybe, maybe not but thanks a lot |
