Some portions of the site will be periodically disabled as we diagnose the "Server Busy" error.  Please bear with us.

Thanks, Ken

What do you expect, everybody is trying to upload at the same time, it's the same thing as slashdotting a website. Some people are just full of crap.

A fix for the site issue is in testing.  If all goes well we will roll it to the site later today.  At that time there will be a short period of no site access.

Thanks for your patience,
Ken

Free services can go down all they want.
Paid for services have a higher expectation of quality.  It comes down to scalablity and capacity planning.  You can disagree that a service that provided the same functionality for free under the previous owner now forces you to pay for it (to get those features back) and after you pay for it... it still doesn't work because of bad testing or capacity planning is a good customer experience but I would suggest you are wrong.  I hope they bring it back up soon so that this is just a one time problem and lessons are learned from this in order to develop a good reputation with their user base.  Time will only tell.

Is your current library sitting over at IVS ??  if so leave it there for the time being, and load in load up 2.5 ., then check to see that all titles are in place and don't have to be restore back from THAT server to your data base. Then export your library within your PC to another folder created. i.e. Backup IVS .
Then close off / close down 2.5., back to desktop no app's ruinning, and start up 3.0 . You will at this point be able to successfully log in and have no library base to speak of., Then go to upper left corner / file /import (that backup IVs folder ) .You should now have you same library base back again.
Spend a few days tweaking and looking around, getting familiar with all the buttons ( like I'm still doing after 3 days)., Then when profiler servers are back up then add your new titles etc.

hope this helps.
