If I translate your question correctly, you want to know why your contributions have been rejected even though you included explanations for the changes and included new pictures.

First, you must list the sources for your changes that the screeners consider to be legitimate.  Second, your cover scans may not be what they consider a "significant improvement" over what is already in the dataabase.

If you post the UPC for your contributions, somebody can check them out and perhaps give you a more detailed reason.  You can also post a message to Gerri and ask for a better explanation.  It would probably also help if you could post in English, as the screeners don't speak any other languages.  Perhaps a friend could translate your post for you if you don't speak English?
