Used credited as for Greg Nicotero as CLU shows Gregory to be the more common, even though I think Greg is his preferred (I have lots of flicks with KNB's work, and Gregory wasn't even an opition on my local crew list when doing the profile. Of course his effects credits are far from complete as of now, but I have Greg winning 6 to 1 so far).
