While noting that MGS4 won't be lacking in volume, Kojima did admit that he's still not entirely satisfied with the game's quality. However, space limitations are apparently getting getting in the way. That's right, space limitations on a Blu-ray disc! The Famitsu interviewers pointed out that they've never heard anyone complain about space limitations with Sony's high capacity disc format, but Kojima was adamant about space being inadequate, and noted that, as with past titles, the talk has come to what to cut or what to compress.

Some much vaunted storage capacity, they rarely use it!  Extras are mostly excluded on numerous titles that I've seen. What a joke!

They have to save something for the special edition version in a year or two, just like DVD

Also, remember that early titles were on 25GB single layer discs.

Forget about HD, when was the last full SD disk you saw?  Just because they have the bits doesn't mean the studios will use them.  This has been proven so often it's ridiculous to even complain about it.  Another reason why the "whole TV season on 1 HDM disk" folks need to put down the crack pipe.

Yeah, but how about a lousy little trailer guys! They're giving us NO extras in some cases!
