I've noticed, that Sharon Valerii aks Grace Park is credited wrong most of the second season. She is still credited as Sharon "Boomer" Valerii, but that specific Cylon was shot and transferred to Caprica. The Sharon we see most of the second season will be later known as Sharon "Athena" Agathon.

Since her role name is not credited, would you agree that it's probably best to change her role name to Sharon Valerii and only refer to Boomer when we actially see Boomer?
And what should be done if both Sharons are in the same Episode like in season 3? Should both be credited seperately? Same for Caprica Six...

Peter:

Under the Rules if her role is not credited, then we are free to use umm whatever, including third party sources. Without a defined Role I would be inclined to keep the name consistent, However if she is credited in an Episode as Boomer then that would be the choice I would make for all. To summarize , Iif she is credited with a Role in any Episode and that Role is consistent throughout, I would choose that as her Role for all, if she is NOT credited with a Role anytime then whatever Role I chose would be her Role throughout for consistency.

Skip, you have to understand for this, that Grace Park plays a robot in human disguise and there is more than one copy out there.

Even if she's once credited as "Boomer" (a call sign) it doesn't necessarily apply to all walking copies.

Just to give you an idea:

Maybe, Karsten. Are they addressed differently in the show. I am somewhat familiar with goings on in Battlestar though not intimately so. I assume the actress herself is credited once, if so perhaps a proper role might be Boomer/Sharon "Athena" Agathon or perhaps Athena. Sounds like a possible sticky wicket.

I need to stop drinking early in the morning, I am seeing three.

There are more than two roles Park plays on this show, but these two are the main ones with dialog.

I think a double listing (either listing both roles on the one actor's entry, or two separate entries for the actor) is appropriate.
If it wasn't for bad taste, I wouldn't have no taste at all.

Well then I'll think of something.

For now there are:
Sharon "Boomer" Valerii
Sharon Valerii (I have to remember to rename her when she marries and when she gets her new callsign)

Number Six
Shelly Godfrey (only in episode "Six Degrees of Separation")
Caprica Six

Number Three
D'anna Biers
Gina Inviere

Aaron Doral
Number Five

Do we know of any other personalities?

Number Six was also known as Gina Inviere on the Pegasus
Number Five also has Aaron Doral as a human name

I haven't had to deal with this, since I've never even seen an episode of BSG, but I would think that if the credits are being managed on a per-episode basis, then you would credit her with whatever role(s) she plays in just that episode.

I personally think that if she appears as multiple characters in the same episode that each one would be listed as a separate line-item, rather than the "Actor as Role1 / Role 2 / Roll 3 / Oops, I've run out of spa" method we typically see for animated titles.

I don't know what the consensus has been on those, either though.  I would like to suggest that for those, we could list the primary role in one line item, and just "Additional Voices" as another line item.  Or do what the credits do, and not assign a role at all.  Although it's kinda weak, it's the cleanest.

I'm going off on a tangent, though.

Does this look infected to you?

As for the Final Five, it's not set in stone yet.  Remember, that was the season finale and a cliff hanger.

I believe the consensus was to list them all on one line...as long as they fit.  If you run out of room then, and only then, would you make a second or third entry.

While that isn't strictly 'as credited', neither is the "Actor as Role1 / Role 2 / Roll 3 / Oops, I've run out of spa" method.  It was decided that, since neither method is 'as credited' it was better to have all the data instead of incomplete data.

I am sure someone will correct me if I have misremembered and it wasn't a consensus.
No dictator, no invader can hold an imprisoned population by force of arms forever.
There is no greater power in the universe than the need for freedom.
Against this power, governments and tyrants and armies cannot stand.

Deleted because Tarantino has yet to watch season three.

If it wasn't for bad taste, I wouldn't have no taste at all.
