Yesterday, after three phone calls lasting maybe a total of 15minuts and without an interview, I got offered a job working at Ft Lewis (local Army base) doing server admin work for a couple grand more a year.

First thing today I found a four leaf clover in my garden.  Then I got an official job offer.

So, with this strange luck, should I go out and buy a lotto ticket or wait to be struck by lightning?

EDIT: I also won an eBay auction that I was convinced I wouldn't win.

thanks.  as long as I can win the lottery before I am struck by lightning.  then at least I will die with a big smile. | | | | | | Schultzy - http://www.michaelschultz.net grenactics - The art of skillfully fraggin one’s opponent with the use of grenades or other compact explosive devices that are thrown by hand or projected.

 | | Posted: | | | | | | | Back when the California lottery first started, the odds of winning were something like 15 million to one. Which is a little worse than your odds of being struck by lightning twice in your lifetime. Now the odds are about three times worse.
So, yeah, buy a lottery ticket.

But expect that you will be stuck by lightning twice before you win.

I did buy lotto tickets and I have wait for the mega million, but on two $5 scratch cards I did win $25. | | | | | | Schultzy - http://www.michaelschultz.net grenactics - The art of skillfully fraggin one’s opponent with the use of grenades or other compact explosive devices that are thrown by hand or projected.

 | | Posted: | | | | | | | Congrats on the job They do say all things happen in threes... 1. Job Offer 2. Four leave clover 3. eBay winning ... I still voted on the lotto ticket, cos tha way I look at this, the clover should give you an additional goodspell of three Do we receive a DVD when you win like over 500,000,000.00 US$ Anyways good luck !!! | | | | | | Jean-Paul |
