I didn't agree with the last genre replacement, and I think my order of them relates more to the movie itself. It's primarily a horror movie, with a lot of action and suspense, but I don't see any elements of Sci-Fi in either this movie, the movie series as a whole or the video games they are based on. It's "pure horror", if you will, in that sense.

The no-voters (who are in minority) disagree based on what they think the main genre is. However, no RE movie is an action movie. The whole concept has always been Horror, for Resident Evil, even if it also includes quite a bit of action. And you quote the rules... They don't apply here! Because Sci-Fi as a genre is "blatantly incorrect"! It's taken from IMDb as a source. So at the very least, it should be replaced with Horror/Action/Thriller. In what order, seems to be of less importance. But Sci-Fi should be removed.
*Updated Notes*
To those of you who vote no, and to the screeners, remember that the genres were changed and shuffled with the last contribution, and no votes were about that. With the last contribution, Horror was replaced with Sci-Fi, and this movie or any of them is not at all mainly Sci-Fi...! Have you seen the movies and know the video games...? It's NOT about Sci-Fi. They are horror games/movies. Even if PWS Anderson added a bit of "science" to it and a whole lot of action. The main bulk of the movies are Horror regardless. Resident Evil horror. That's why this contribution is valid, since the movies are way more "horror" - which isn't one of the current genres, than it has to do with Sci-Fi. This isn't just a personal opinion either.

Common Name (Actor/Film Editor) "Robert Hall" (2 Title(s)) To "Rob Hall" (8 Title(s)) Based On The CLT. Note: This person has one single acting credit and when you take the CLT data and manually count the titles for the film editor (and consider the one acting credit) you get these numbers
