Hi,
I´m opening a new thread to concentrate the problem of partial display on Samsung Handy or others, where the display shows only left upper corner of the opening screen of "Profiler mobile".
(Handy: Samsung i780, resolution 320x320, WM 6, "Profiler mobile 1.2" installed on storage card)

The opening screen looks exactly like that, which "steinart"posted in May 2008. (Thanks for the screenshot)

That problem was already posted in
Sept. 2007:  link "Palm Treo 700"
February 2008:  link "Athena X7500" and "Samsung i780"

But even the brandnew update to version 1.2 (Nov. 2008) didn´t fix that problem. It is unpossible to search for specific titles. By that, it is impossible to get a detailed look to single DVDs which were not within the starting sreen of my collection. (Almost 2000 peaces)

Did anybody of Invelos-Software.Development take notice of that Problem? When will this Bug be fixed?

I would like to invite other users, who have the same problem, to post their individual technical informations (Handytype, display resolution, WM-version, where installed) in this thread.

Hopefully waiting

Hans

As far as I can see in the program the mobile application will assume the display is at least 480x480 pixels if the device reports a DPI (dots per inch) over 96. Unfortunately - as you can see - this is a wrong assumption.

The device does probably report the correct 320x320 display size, but DVD Profiler Mobile does not check it.
