Any reason not to have DVD Pro Mobile on more than 1 mobile device?

I just got a Samsung Omnia phone and can't wait to put my DVD Profiler Mobile on it.  However, I still have my iPAQ 2215 (non-phone) and would still like to keep it there as well.

Any reason not to?
