I've just got Bram Stoker's Dracula on BD and the runtime seems to be 5 minutes longer than my DVD copy.
The dvd is R2 and the BD states All Region.
Is this an issue similar to the difference in runtimes between NTSC and PAL discs?

There are however some 25 fps blu-rays that suffer from the same speedup as PAL DVDs.
