| Posted: | | | | The new iPad from Apple will run iPhone applications so when Ken releases the DVD Profiler iPhone application, should he also enhance it for the iPad? |

| Posted: | | | | Not a device I plan to get either at the moment, but I expect the iPhone/Touch version will run fine and depending on demand/popularity we may be able to cut a iPad specific variant. iPhone first though! | | | Invelos Software, Inc. Representative |

| Posted: | | | | An iPhone app should come first because we all want it now - I just hope we get a coverflow-type system to scroll through DVDs The iPhone app will definitely work on the iPad - you can choose to display it original (iPhone) size or pixel-doubled to fill the screen, neither of which is ideal. The eye-candy potential for an iPad version is mouth-watering. Look at Apple's new calendar app for example. I can't wait to get my mitts on one and I hope enough other folks do to make it a no-brainer for developers to develop apps specifically for it. Craig |

| Posted: | | | | I've been feeling a crazy urge to develop apps for the iPad - but that means I have to buy a Mac. The main problem would be to find something that hasn't been written a zillion time over. | | | Last edited: by Dr. Killpatient |

| Posted: | | | | Now what I'd LOVE to do is to create an app that can tie in with the DVDP data and control IR blasters, something like the LoadDVD plugin but for the iPad. Browse movies and then play them. Probably would have to import an XML or maybe tie in with phpDVDProfiler. Hey, that could just work! Okay, now I'm drooling. |
