  | | Posted: | | | | I started a support ticket on this but thought I would post here to incase anybody had any ides.
Posted: Just installed the newest update.  When started the program opens fully but as soon as the last window loads it closes.  No error messages and doesn't appear to be a crash, it just closes.
Firewalls and virus scanners are turned off. I have ran the database repair utility twice. Turned off Eventghost which I use to move DVD Profiler custom windows to different screens.
Held control down while starting and selected Diagnostic Startup - Do not load plugins, Use default layout, Do not perform check for new version.  Still get the same result.  It still seems to load my layout instead of the default layout, I still see all the windows open from my customized layout.
Tried again and checked Select or create an alternate database, tried to create a new empty database and got an error message saying run the database repair utility and this error.
  DBISAM Engine Error # 11010 Table 'C:\source\invelos\Dvdpro\Database Templates\ACTORAS SGN.DAT' Does not exist.
I don't have a folder C:\source on my computer. Clicked ok and it attempted to load my customized windows still and again closed. Ran the database repair utility a third time and still same result.
This seems to be an issue with my custom layout but I don't know how to get it to load another layout.
My computer specs from Belarc Adviser. Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3 (build 2600) 2.60 gigahertz AMD Phenom 9950 Quad-Core 512 kilobyte primary memory cache 2048 kilobyte secondary memory cache 64-bit ready Multi-core (4 total) Not hyper-threaded |

  | | Posted: | | | | Might be plugin related. Try to uninstall all plugins and retry. | | | It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up! But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?

  | | Posted: | | | | I'm getting similar problem under Windows 7 Ultimate...loads fine then get a popup message that says.. 'DVD Profiler has stopped working' A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. ?????????????? | | | |  Last edited: by TraneMan |
