When I start the program and try to import an existing Access database, this program asks me to download some profiler files.
I waited 40 mins the first time they are so slow to download.
What are they? Why do I Need them? Can I not download them from elsewhere?

The files downloaded contain the required information from the maindatabase (which profiles are available). Depending on your internet connection the download may take a while (current size 18 MB split up in 10 sections).
For a dial-up connection 40 minutes are not uncommon, for DSL this is too long. Please check your firewall settings for blocked programs (dvdpro.exe).
It all seems so stupid, it makes me want to give up!
But why should I give up, when it all seems so stupid?
