I have since yesterday following problem.

Can not make connection to invelos servers???
Check your firewall etc....

my internet connection works fine, only NO connection to invelos.
I did'nt change anything to the program since my last visit?

Any help welcome

Can you access Invelos' website and forums with your browser? If so, the connection works and it's most likely a firewall that's blocking DVD Profiler.

Is a firewall software or some kind of security suite installed on your system? Have you checked that already and have you granted full access to dvdpro.exe in your firewall settings?

Have you updated the firewall software or DVD Profiler just recently?

There are several people with the same problem in the technical support forum. The culprit for all of them were their firewall
