I have some recurring issues with my system and thus intend to format it. What do I have to do in order to make sure that all my data from DVD Profiler gets restored as smoothly as possible? Is a complete backup (which I do regularly) enough? Hope this question doesn't sound totally retarded...

 

Shoot...wrong forum. Could someone please move this to "DVD Profiler". I'm so sorry!
