Hi,

I am unable to transfer the profiles and images from my PC database to my ipad, the connection is timing out.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
I have repaired the databases.
I have rebooted the ipad, closed down the app and DVD profiler on my PC, and restarted
I have put the ipad next to the router.
I have shut down my firewall.
I have turned off all other computers and dvd player which connect to the network.
I have an iphone, which has had no issues with DVD Profiler, always worked smoothy.
I have only one router in the house.

And I don't know what to do next. 

Does anyone have any suggestions?
