That depends: do you want to e.g. assign to a certain group of profiles the same review?

That would be quite easy:
- make a backup (always the first step before doing mass-changes)
- give one profile the review you want
- go to DVD -> Copy
- now flag all the other titles you want to assign the same review to
- go to Collection -> Flagged -> Paste and there uncheck all but "Review" and press OK
