I'm interested in creating HTML windows for a few sites, but it's beyond my limited knowledge.  Can someone point me in a direction?  Or are there templates I could use? 

Or could someone do it for me?  

The three sites I'd like to do are title searches in:
www.mrqe.com
www.metacritic.com
www.impawards.com

I've also been able to tweak pre-existing IMDb & Wikipedia HTML windows to accomodate the mobile sites (it fits better in my custom layout) but while doing that I saw that the Rotten Tomatoes HTML seems broken.  Unfortunately, I can't track down the layout I downloaded that included these windows originally
